PARKOUR IS FOR EVERYONE
Our certified parkour coaches have designed a parkour curriculum that will help you learn fundamental parkour techniques, receive detailed progressions, and be presented challenging obstacle courses that bring the fun back into fitness!
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
In our women’s parkour class you’ll be climbing, vaulting, rolling, and flowing through our facility in ways you haven’t imagined. You’ll also learn how to use these movements as creatively as you see fit. You don’t have to be restricted to an environment; instead, you can allow your new found parkour skills to creatively empower and express yourself as you see fit.
In our women’s parkour class, you’ll be expertly instructed on how to safely maneuver and navigate through obstacles in a refreshing new way. You’ll be empowered to move through an environment and express yourself in whole new way.
WHY A WOMEN’S PARKOUR CLASS?
Parkour can be a great way to challenge yourself, improve fitness, overcome fears, and add fun to your workout routine. Parkour is often seen as a male sport, which can be intimidating, this is why we’ve opened up a women’s parkour class! Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can feel included, less intimidated, and allowed to experience parkour in a comfortable atmosphere.

Get fit while having fun and trying something different. You can break away from the same old boring fitness routine. Our parkour class encourages everyone to improve fitness through play, creativity, and self expression. You’ll have the opportunity to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and more in our women’s parkour class. All while having fun.
Our women’s parkour program is based on steady progressions, inclusion, and fostering a fitness community that helps everyone feel empowered, confident, and involved.
