Our motor skills and athletic foundations class is designed specifically for children ages 3 to 5, and focuses on developing fundamental motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength in a fun, interactive, and supportive environment. Our ages 3 to 5 motor skills and athletic foundations class is carefully designed to introduce essential movement patterns that will help your child develop body awareness, strength, and agility. Each session includes fun, structured activities like jumping, crawling, balancing, and climbing, helping kids build coordination and confidence in a safe playful way.
With parent participation, you’ll be actively involved in your child’s learning experience, encouraging them to try new movements, overcome small challenges, and celebrate their progress. Together, we’ll foster a love for movement that will last a lifetime!
