We all know how fun it is to run, jump, climb, and move through an environment with ease. Parkour allows us to make fitness fun again. We don’t have to go through the same repeatable, tedious, and monotonous routine of traditional gyms and workout routines. You can get back to having fun through movement in our adult parkour class. Safely relearn how to efficiently move over obstacles, climb walls, and even flip during our adult parkour class. Who would’ve thought, you could have fun while improving strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and overall health while having fun.

Get back to moving with ease and flowing through your environment. Parkour will get you back to having confidence in your mobility skills and allowing you to move through an environment without hesitation. It’s often thought that parkour is exclusively for kids, this simply isn’t true. Adults can experience the freedom of parkour as well as enjoy its benefits. Come check out a class and safely rebuild your strength, stamina, balance and speed in our parkour gym.

You’re Never Too Old
There isn’t an age limit for our adult parkour program – just bring comfy clothes and a pair of sneakers! Right from the start you’ll be moving, maneuvering, and flowing over obstacles.
Experience our adult parkour class and explore our parkour challenges, obstacle courses, games, and a number of techniques that will allow you to move in ways you didn’t think possible. Parkour classes just for women are also available.
HAVE FUN WHILE GETTING FIT – SAFELY
Why does getting fit need to be boring? The truth is is doesn’t! It could be exciting, challenging, and fun! We put a tremendous amount of effort into ensuring our adult parkour class is both fun and safe. Our coaches have designed a curriculum that uses obstacle courses, challenges, and games to vary our program and bring fun back to fitness.
