WHAT IS TRICKING?

Tricking is an up and coming sport that allows you to physically express yourself both athletically and artistically. This fast and powerful form of movement merges kicks, flips, twists, and expressive groundwork into endless combinations that constantly challenge you to push your limits.

WHY WE TRICK

More than any move or trick we learn to execute its the life lessons, sense of freedom, and friends we make that are the most fulfilling. Sure, the moves/tricks we learn to execute are amazing and give us an unparalleled adrenaline rush but the feeling of friendship, community, and unity is what sets tricking apart from other sports.

Over the years through tricking we’ve been able to make lifelong friends and gain a sense of unity that is hard for us to describe. Our hope is that through our tricking classes we can help you break through many of the boundaries we’ve had to overcome and introduce you to a welcoming and supportive community.

People Love Us

The facility actually caters to far more than just the parkour community. Martial artists, trickers, tumblers, and bar athletes alike all frequent the spot as well. Many top local athletes in their respective fields - from traceurs to trickers to bar freestylers - have been pouring in in droves.

This gym is not just for parkour and freerunning. Trickers love the huge spring floor and air-track, gymnasts have mats, blocks, air bags and more, calisthenics have a fabulous bar set up! The space is in a constant state of building and improvement and always have something new!

Playpark for bigger kids. Good supervision / guidance from people that really know how to move and are pretty good at working with all ages all with a focus on self improvement. We've really seen the equipment being build up over the past year and fill up the huge warehouse space.
